Infrastructure Apps Engineer (SRE)
What you can expect
The ideal candidate will possess a SRE/DevOps mindset to transform the team's operational approach through programmatic solutions. With a background in infrastructure as code, they will support product teams and AI initiatives. Managing Identity, Authentication, Directory Services, SaaS applications, and Multi-Cloud services. Working closely with development, security, and DevOps teams. This technically-minded professional will drive modern, self-service solutions while focusing on end-user experience. They will troubleshoot complex issues and implement innovative solutions to streamline infrastructure application workflows, helping advance our AI-driven future.
About the Team
Our team engineers and supports applications and cloud services. We ensure stability, security, and efficiency. We use SRE/DevOps practices with coding skills to automate workflows. We optimize cloud infrastructure as customer zero for our product. We focus on executing, securing, and managing infrastructure services. We use modern tools and automation for self-service capabilities. This maintains robust cloud infrastructure while staying agile. Our mission is enabling Zoomies to perform their best work. We provide secure, frictionless daily operations to deliver customer happiness.
What we’re looking for
Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Have extensive experience creating tools and/or services with modern languages such as Python and Golang.
Have experience in automating infrastucture with standard tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, etc.
Have experience with following CI/CD best practices with Github Actions, Gitlab CI, Jenkins, etc.
Have experience with Identity and Access Management and application provisioning.
Have experience with authentication security practices around identity, MFA / FIDO, PKI.
Have experience with major cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Have experience with Unified Collaboration tool integration (Zoom, Google Workspace / GAM, Proofpoint, SendGrid, etc.)
Have experience with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to the physical, process/memory, network, session, database and application level.
