Required Skills:

• 5+ years of extensive ServiceNow development and administration experience, particularly in ITAM, ITOM, integrations, Flow Designer, and Automated Testing Framework.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is mandatory.
• Proven ability to design, develop, and optimize platform functionalities in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details into understandable insights.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in promoting ServiceNow best practices and operational excellence.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certification in Hardware or Software Asset Management.
• HR Service Delivery certification.
• Experience working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of other ITSM tools and integrations.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in ServiceNow development, administration, or related roles.
• Prior experience working on large-scale enterprise platforms.

Other Requirements:

• Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA, requiring at least 3 days in the office weekly.
• Work Schedule: W2 employment only.
• Start Date: ASAP.
• Travel: None specified.
• Continuous learning and staying updated with new ServiceNow modules and features.
