Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related incidents via phone, email, remote access, or on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other commonly used applications.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until resolution.
- Maintain documentation of support cases, incidents, and solutions.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes including account setups and hardware allocation.
- Monitor and maintain IT inventory, including asset tracking and updates.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to support projects and improvements.
- Diploma or higher in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Hands-on experience with Windows OS, basic networking, and remote support tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
