Associate Renewals Specialist

Now Hiring: Associate Renewals Specialist | Austin, TX

I’m working with a growing global software company that is looking to add an Associate Renewals Specialist to its Austin team on a contract basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has experience with quoting, contracts, order management, sales operations, or quote-to-cash and wants to build broader experience within a SaaS environment.

You do not need years of Renewals experience. The team is open to someone who has the right foundation and is eager to learn.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting a high-volume portfolio of customer renewals
• Preparing and delivering accurate renewal quotes
• Managing the administrative process from quote through renewal completion
• Maintaining accurate renewal and customer data within Salesforce
• Reviewing quotes and identifying discrepancies before they become downstream issues
• Working closely with Sales, Deal Desk, Billing Operations, and other internal teams
• Managing smaller transactional renewals directly with customers
• Keeping renewals moving on schedule and helping identify potential churn or expansion opportunities
• Supporting ongoing process improvements within the Renewals organization

What we're looking for:

• Experience with quoting, contracts, order management, sales operations, renewals, or another quote-to-cash function
• Experience working in Salesforce or a similar CRM
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with financial/contract data
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers
• Someone coachable, curious, adaptable, and genuinely interested in learning
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will absolutely be considered

Experience with Salesforce CPQ or another CPQ/quoting platform is a plus, but not required.
