Teach where you are wanted, in the school that actually fits you

Inspired Recruitment works with more than 600 schools across Australia, including government, Catholic and independent schools right across Melbourne and regional Victoria. We are registering Primary, Middle Years, Secondary and Special Needs teachers now for ongoing, contract and fixed-term positions, with the biggest wave of vacancies landing ahead of Term 1.

You are not applying into a black hole here. One of our consultants will call you, learn what you actually want from your next school, and only put you forward for roles that make sense. Our digital interview and reference package means principals see the real you, not just a CV, which is why our teachers often get to interview faster than they would applying on their own.

These schools move fast, they look after the teachers who join them, and many offer relocation support, subsidised housing and incentive payments.

We also recruit right across Melbourne, including the CBD and inner city, Inner North, Inner West, Northern Suburbs, Eastern Suburbs, South Eastern Suburbs, Bayside, Mornington Peninsula, Yarra Ranges, Melton, Wyndham, Werribee, Casey and Cardinia, plus Geelong and the Bellarine, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, Warrnambool, Horsham and Colac.
