We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client's team supporting the HVHH Project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional who thrives in a busy project environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will play a key role providing administrative support across procurement, invoicing, contractor compliance, and general office operations.

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client's team supporting the HVHH Project.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented administration professional who thrives in a busy project environment and enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will play a key role providing administrative support across procurement, invoicing, contractor compliance, and general office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Raise purchase requisitions using SAP S/4HANA
- Navigate and manage information within existing purchase orders
- Assess supplier invoices and process approved goods receipts
- Liaise with Procurement, Accounts and project stakeholders regarding purchase requisitions and invoices
- Maintain office stationery supplies and equipment
- Order PPE and supplies from the site store
- Coordinate laptop and accessory orders through IT
- Set up new laptops and maintain asset tracking records
- Support employees and contractors in a professional and timely manner
- Monitor contractor and company compliance through Avetta (Onsite Track Easy)
- Perform general administrative and ad hoc support duties
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of the role
About You To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate:
- Previous administration experience in a project, industrial, mining, manufacturing or construction environment
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and a high-volume workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
