The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in a Funding Review, managing multiple workstreams and facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders. This position offers the chance to directly influence educational policy by coordinating complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the Funding Review, ensuring alignment across various workstreams.
- Manage tasks, meetings, and documentation, including agendas and minutes.
- Monitor and respond to Official Information Act requests and media inquiries.
- Adapt project coordination strategies to meet evolving policy needs and timelines.
- Collaborate with Policy Directors and other stakeholders to drive project success.
Skills & experience
- Proven experience in project coordination within government agencies, particularly on large, complex projects.
- Strong capability in managing multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt project management approaches in response to changing priorities.
