Location: Fremont, MI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $17.00 per hour 

Job Summary 

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking Production - General Laborers to join our team in Fremont, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure products are safely repacked, inspected, and prepared while maintaining the highest quality and food safety standards. 

What You'll Be Doing 

As a Production - General Laborer, your core responsibilities will include: 

Product Repackaging: Repack products according to quality and safety standards to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Quality Inspection: Inspect products and packaging for defects, damage, or inconsistencies to maintain quality expectations. 

Production Support: Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while rotating between workstations throughout the shift to support production goals. 

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, follow all company and food safety procedures, and assist with other production duties as needed. 

What We're Looking For 

Qualifications: 

Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience is a plus but not required. 

Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive hand and arm movements. 

Ability to lift, carry, and move products as required. 

Availability to work overtime and some Saturdays based on production needs. 

Skills: 

Attention to Detail: Ensures products meet quality and safety standards. 

Reliability: Strong attendance and punctuality to support production schedules. 

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with coworkers in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals. 

Physical Requirements 

Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift. 

Perform repetitive hand and arm movements. 

Lift, carry, and move products as required. 

Work efficiently while meeting production goals. 

Comfortable working in production areas that may become warm or hot throughout the day.
