Our client is a reputable homebuilder with 20+ years' experience in the industry. Due to an influx in work, they are now looking for an additional Site Supervisor to join their team to cover the Western Sydney area.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the industry and looking to build a long term career in construction.

About the role
  • Supervise builds across the Western Sydney area
  • Coordinate trades, schedules and daily workloads
  • Keep regular, weekly contact with the client
  • Keep the company up to date on progress and performance
Skills & experience
  • Cert III in Carpentry & Cert IV in Building & Construction – essential
  • Experience working within the custom home or project home space
  • A good attitude and willingness to progress within the industry. There is plenty of opportunity to grow within this business
About you
  • A minimum of 2+ years' supervising
  • Well organised and professional in presentation – this is a client facing role, so a high standard of personal presentation is essential
  • You are motivated to build a career in the industry. Lots of training provided for the right candidate.
The salary for this position is flexible depending on experience - $110K - $130K + Super + Car
