The Role
We are seeking a Junior Software Engineer to help build the products and systems customers use every day. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers across the stack — including frontend, backend, data, and integrations — while developing a strong understanding of the codebase, customer needs, and how to build reliable software in a high-growth environment.

What You’ll Do
- Ship features across the stack with guidance from senior engineers
- Write clean, tested, and well-documented code
- Help build integrations and internal tools
- Investigate bugs and develop strong full-stack debugging skills
- Participate in code reviews and learn engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with experienced engineers and other members of the team
- Gradually take ownership of larger areas of the product as you develop
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience through internships, school, or personal projects
- Strong fundamentals in at least one modern programming language or framework
- A strong personal project, open-source contribution, or other work demonstrating initiative and technical ability
- Eager to learn and develop quickly in a high-ownership environment
- Comfortable asking questions, receiving feedback, and working closely with experienced engineers
- Excited about working in person alongside a highly motivated team
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with TypeScript, React, Node.js, or Python
- Exposure to AI/LLM technologies or tooling
- Coursework or projects involving data-heavy or workflow-oriented systems
- Previous startup or small-team experience
