Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they’ve created a new permanent role to manage the increased workload.

The company is looking for an experienced Foreman to manage daily operations on-site. You’ll report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for ensuring safety standards are met, maintaining quality control, and helping deliver projects on time.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in roadwork projects of a similar size
- Strong understanding of technical specifications and construction processes
- Ability to manage subcontractor performance and ensure they stay on track
- Experience in managing projects from start to finish
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
