Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to lead onboarding, training, coaching, and development for our Human Health Sales team. This role is responsible for improving sales performance through effective training programs, coaching, and team leadership while supporting daily sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new hire onboarding and sales training.
- Develop and deliver training on products, sales techniques, systems, and company processes.
- Coach and mentor sales representatives through call reviews and performance feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and create individual development plans.
- Measure training effectiveness and update training materials and SOPs.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for NetSuite, CRM, and other sales systems.
- Support sales operations, marketing promotions, and cross-functional projects.
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and supervise Human Health Sales team members.
- Attend job fairs and industry trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4–6+ years in sales training, sales leadership, or related field).
- Experience leading and coaching sales teams.
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
