Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business, IT, and C-level executives. • Manage the entire sales process as the lead for solution sales and business development. • Create a consistent sales pipeline by promoting offerings and gathering client-specific challenges, keeping industry trends and dynamics in mind. • Collaborate with domain experts and delivery/service teams to provide optimal solutions and ensure deal closure. Required Qualifications • 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise software/services. • Proactive in keeping up with industry, IT trends, and product updates. • Experience in problem-solving and solution proposals (e.g., proposing technology-based solutions to address client challenges or business goals). • Strategic and logical thinking skills, with experience creating long-term visions and leading teams or stakeholders toward achieving those visions. • Business-level English proficiency. Preferred (but not required) Qualifications • Knowledge of the healthcare industry (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, etc.). • Experience in commercial operations within a pharmaceutical company. • Experience in strategic or IT consulting firms, particularly in improving commercial operations. • Experience in proposing CRM, DWH, or Salesforce solutions. • Experience translating sales efforts into SoW (Statement of Work) and ensuring clear communication to team members. • Language skills: Native-level Japanese, business-level English (reading and writing; higher fluency preferred).
