An award-winning hospital in the Monterey Bay Area has a flexible opportunity for a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their mobile clinic. Join an established team of a nurse practitioner, a medical assistant, a community health advocate, and a community support coordinator.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and a desire to treat an underserved population are requirements for this role.
The Opportunity:
• 0.5 - 1.0 FTE schedule options
• Shift lengths between 4 and 8 hours
• 3-4 patients per hour
• $300,000 Base Salary depending on FTE
• $50,000 Recruitment Incentive - Sign-on bonus and Relocation
• Comprehensive Benefits Package including Health/Dental/Vision insurance, 403(b) and 457 retirement plans, occurrence-based malpractice insurance with tail coverage, 6 weeks of paid time off, and CME Allowance
