Apply directWe are currently working with a law firm in Perth that are looking for a senior associate to join their resources and energy team. This role sits within a collaborative and well-established team advising major Australian clients across mining, energy, infrastructure, joint ventures and renewable projects.

You will gain exposure to a broad range of matters including
- Mining transactions, acquisitions and divestments
- Oil & gas project development and commercial agreements
- Energy transition projects
- Land access matters and heritage negotiations
- Large-scale infrastructure and energy developments
About You
- 5+ years’ PAE gained within a reputable Australian or international law firm
- Ambitious and commercially minded
- Experience in resources, energy, projects, corporate or commercial law
- Exposure to resources, energy, infrastructure or major projects matters
- Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative approach and genuine interest in building client relationships
