I am recruiting a CORU registered Social Worker, to work within the community. The Social Worker will be working within a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

Duties:
- Conduct a comprehensive assessments
- Practise the most appropriate social work methods of practices
- To work as part of the Multi-disciplinary Team and engage in collaborative goal setting as a team
- Maintain and promote good communication and relationships with all other disciplines in the services and working with the agreed policies
Requirements:
- Possess a relevant Social Work qualification
- Have CORU Registration
- Irish working rights
- Full licence and own car
- Irish working rights due to immediate start
