Für einen unserer Großkunden suchen wir derzeit eine Unterstützung, die die nachfolgenden Anforderungen erfüllt:

 

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Wissensmanagement sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Handbüchern, FAQs und Wissensartikeln
  • Incidentmanagement, Systemmonitoring und Bearbeitung von Störungen
  • Second Level Support und Durchführung detaillierter Fehleranalysen
  • Pflege, Migration und Verwaltung von Benutzer-, Projekt-, Vertrags- und Stammdaten
  • Optimierung von Support-, Berechtigungs- und Rollenmanagementprozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung KI-gestützter Prozesse und automatisierter Reportings
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation manueller und automatisierter Tests sowie Unterstützung im Release- und Testmanagement



Dein Profil:

  • Erfahrung im Wissensmanagement für IT-Systeme sowie im Incidentmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Second Level Support und im Datenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im Release- und Testmanagement
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Softwarelösungen und im Projektmanagement
  • Gute Fähigkeiten in der Projektdokumentation
