Job Summary

Are you a motivated and hardworking individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in LeRoy, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our manufacturing operations, helping produce quality rubber molded products while gaining valuable hands-on experience and training opportunities in CNC machining and Tool & Die making.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Machine Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Machine Operation: Assist with operating rubber injection molding machines to support daily production goals.
  • General Labor: Perform a variety of production and material handling tasks to maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Training & Development: Learn CNC machining and Tool & Die making processes through on-the-job training and mentorship.
In addition, you will also be expected to work in a medium-to-fast-paced environment, maintain quality standards, and support overtime production needs when required.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required. Training is provided for candidates with a strong work history.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
  • Ability to work overtime, including Saturdays and Sundays, when needed.
  • Ability to work in a medium-to-fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Skills:

  • Dependability: Strong attendance and a solid work history demonstrate reliability and commitment.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Interest in learning machine operation, CNC machining, and Tool & Die making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing production demands.
