The Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and property development projects. Working alongside clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful outcomes across programme, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing commercial development projects through all project phases.
• Leading project planning, design management, procurement, and delivery activities.
• Developing and maintaining project programmes, budgets, and risk registers.
• Managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Driving stakeholder engagement and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Coordinating tender processes and contractor procurement.
• Monitoring project performance and ensuring successful delivery against project objectives.
• Managing reporting, governance, and project controls.
• Providing proactive leadership and strategic project advice.

Skills and Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven Project Management experience delivering commercial construction or property development projects.
• Experience across sectors such as office developments, retail, mixed-use, industrial, healthcare, education, hospitality, or large-scale commercial facilities.
• Strong understanding of design management, procurement, programme management, and project delivery.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and key project stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Ability to proactively manage project risks, budgets, and timelines.
• A solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership capability.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related discipline.
