Valuations Director / Partner (ETI)

Location: London preferred - flexibility across national office network

Travel: UK and international travel as required

Compensation: Senior-level package aligned to sector revenue generation, including Partner-level participation.

If you are already leading valuations in renewables or infrastructure, you will know the pressure points - internal capacity constraints, cross-border silos, slow decision cycles and diluted economics.

This is a growth mandate within a nationally established advisory firm with active transaction, debt advisory and restructuring channels feeding into valuations. The infrastructure exists. The opportunity is underleveraged. The firm is seeking a senior sector leader to convert demand into scale.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead valuations of renewable assets, infrastructure platforms and energy transition portfolios
• Convert internal transaction flow into sector-specific valuation mandates
• Originate new work with infrastructure funds, developers, lenders and strategic investors
• Build and mentor a sector-focused valuations team aligned to revenue growth

What you’ll bring

• Director or Partner level valuations experience within a leading advisory firm
• Deep expertise in renewable energy, infrastructure or transition assets
• Demonstrable personal revenue generation
• Established relationships with funds, developers and infrastructure investors
