- Expect to care for a full spectrum of primary care concerns on a given day
- Seeing a panel of families and individuals with a full spectrum of heart care
- From birth to acute concerns and chronic illness
- Number of patients seen per day: 15 – 18
- EMR is EPIC
- Scheduled shifts: 4 days / week with patients; 1 administrative day / week
- Each clinics includes a medical assistant, behavioral health clinicians, community health workers
