About the role:
We’re seeking an ERP Business Readiness Lead to support a high‑impact operational business unit through process redesign, readiness, and change activities.
This role sits within the business and will help translate the program’s outcomes into practical operational improvements that drive successful adoption.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the tactical implementation of the Modern ERP solution within the business unit.
- Review, redesign and document business processes aligned to future-state operating models.
- Improve process maturity, consistency and governance.
- Drive business readiness, stakeholder engagement and workforce adoption.
- Develop training materials, procedures, work instructions and user documentation.
- Support alignment to ISO 55000 Asset Management principles and practices.
- Improve asset master data quality and governance.
- Leverage SAP Signavio to establish sustainable process management practices.
- Support testing, business validation and implementation activities.
- Standardised process designs and documented operating procedures (via SAP Signavio).
- Business readiness and change adoption plan / execution support.
- Strong experience in ERP business readiness / change / process transformation (implementation-focused).
- Demonstrated capability in process mapping, documentation and operating model alignment.
- Experience engaging operational stakeholders and driving adoption (readiness, training, comms, uplift)
- Exposure to asset management processes/data and/or aligning to ISO 55000
- Hands-on experience with SAP Signavio
- Excellent documentation skills
