We are looking for a Dispatch Clerk for our client, who is a well-established manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment while ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Permanent full-time opportunity
- Pay Rate: $29.30-$30.48/hr
- Location: Darra, QLD
- Immediate start
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and documentation.
- Process orders and maintain accurate records using SAP.
- Prepare and complete shipping and dispatch paperwork.
- Liaise with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and support general dispatch operations.
- Previous experience in a dispatch, warehouse administration or logistics role.
- Experience using SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Current forklift licence (not essential).
- Permanent full-time employment with stable hours.
- Competitive hourly rates based on experience and qualifications.
