KEY HIGHLIGHT:
Our client is seeking 5 candidates to provide temporary customer service support for a large-scale customer communication initiative. The role will handle enquiries and assist in delivering a smooth customer experience during the transition period.
WORK DETAILS:
Location: Quarry Bay
Work hour: Mon to Fri, 0900 - 1800/1000 - 1900 and Alt Saturday, 0900 - 1800
4 months contract period
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle customer enquiries arising from the special business project through hotline or emails
· Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
· Perform other ad hoc duties
REQUIREMENTS:
· Diploma or above qualification
· Prior customer service or call centre experience in insurance industry is an advantage
· PC literate in MS Office especially MS excel
· Good communication and listening skills
· Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
· Chinese word processing with 25 words per minute
