• 22‑year established outpatient practice
• Physician owner temporarily out of clinical duties
• NP needed to maintain continuity of care and support daily patient volume
Schedule & Workstyle:
• Preferred schedule: 9 AM – 4 PM, Monday–Friday
• Flexibility for earlier end times to support staff with children
• Supportive, collaborative environment with consistent patient flow
Clinical Responsibilities:
• Provide independent outpatient care across a broad range of primary and urgent care needs
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care aligned with practice standards
Compensation & Benefits:
