Position Summary
Music Teacher
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to inspire students through music education. The ideal candidate will teach music theory, vocal and/or instrumental techniques, develop engaging lesson plans, lead rehearsals and performances, assess student progress, and foster a positive, creative learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver music lessons for students of varying skill levels
- Teach music theory, vocal, and/or instrumental instruction
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and events
- Monitor and evaluate student progress
- Encourage creativity, confidence, and appreciation for music
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Music Education or related field preferred
- Teaching experience preferred
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or vocal instruction
