Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Shift: 9:30am–6:00pm (Monday–Friday and some required Saturdays)
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Job Summary
Are you someone who enjoys working with machines, being part of a team, and producing quality products? We’re seeking a process Technician to join our team in Portage, MI. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of operations by helping efficiently produce high-quality Plastic injection molded products in a team-oriented environment.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Process Technician, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Operating injection molding machines: Producing corrugated products efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintaining production flow: Supporting production schedules through organization and teamwork.
  • Ensuring workplace safety: Keeping a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
In addition, you will also assist with setup, troubleshooting, and supporting other production tasks based on business needs.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Prior machine operator experience required
  • Previous experience in an industrial or warehouse setting required
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Skills:
  • Machine operation skills: Ability to operate converting machines to produce plastic mold injection products efficiently and accurately.
  • Communication and teamwork: Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with co-workers and support production goals.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Willingness to troubleshoot issues and learn from others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to stay organized and meet production schedules.
  • Commitment to safety and quality: Focused on maintaining company safety standards and producing quality work.
  • Troubleshoot machine, mold, and material problems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
  •  Accurately complete Process Verification and Tool Reports as required. 
  • Participate in die change activities and ensure proper care of all equipment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and machine control systems.
