The Role

This is a phone-based sales role where you will be responsible for contacting existing clients, warm leads and cold leads, generating new opportunities and booking appointments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to existing clients and prospective clients
• Following up on warm and cold leads
• Building rapport and identifying opportunities
• Generating leads and booking appointments
• Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
• Working towards call and sales targets

  
What You Need to Succeed

• Proven experience in an outbound call centre, sales, appointment setting or telemarketing role
• Experience working in the education sector would be highly regarded, but is not essential – it’s all about personality!
• A strong sales mindset
• Great interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with people at all levels
• Self-motivated with a positive and energetic vibe
• Resilient, proactive and comfortable picking up the phone
