Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-end residential interior design projects from conception to completion
- Oversee all phases of each job including concept design to construction administration to installation with high proficiency
- Assemble furniture plans, elevations, renderings, and custom furniture designs
- Source and compile furniture, fabric, and materials schemes
- Schedule, prepare, and lead client meetings
- Generate proposals/POs, place/track orders, initiate client payment requests, and manage project budget
- Work closely with architects, contractors, workrooms, showrooms, and other vendors
- Organize packing, shipping, storage, as well as installation to job site
Job requirements:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Previous experience working in an AD100 practice
Experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Studio Designer
Construction job-site experience and knowledge working with specialty workrooms on custom items
Strong presentation skills; excellent verbal + written communication
Excellent client and vendor relations
