Talent Partner - Multiple Temporary, Contract & Permanent Opportunities

$50 - $75 per hour (depending on experience)

Harrison McMillan is currently seeking multiple experienced and motivated Talent Partners to join the team across a range of exciting contract and temp-to-perm opportunities. These roles are well suited to individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy partnering with stakeholders, and are confident delivering end-to-end recruitment outcomes across a diverse range of roles and industries.

About the role

As a Talent Partner, you will work closely with internal teams and/or client stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management and onboarding coordination.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across professional and/or technical roles

• Proactive sourcing and talent pipelining through multiple channels

• Stakeholder management and ongoing client engagement

• Preparation and posting of role briefs and job advertisements

• Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates

• Managing offers and coordinating onboarding processes

• Providing high-quality candidate care throughout the recruitment process

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within ATS systems

About you

• Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities

• Confident sourcing capability and candidate engagement approach

• Experience in contract and temporary recruitment highly regarded

• A proactive, solutions-focused and professional approach
