Harrison McMillan is seeking experienced and motivated Talent Partners to join us across a range of exciting contract, temporary and temp-to-perm opportunities throughout Adelaide.

About the Position

As a Talent Partner, you will partner closely with internal teams, hiring managers and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates through to offer management, onboarding coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Assignments will vary across Government, Local Government, Healthcare, Not-for-Profit and Commercial organisations, providing exposure to a range of recruitment environments and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across professional, corporate and specialist positions
• Proactively sourcing, engaging and pipelining talent through multiple channels
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Preparing and posting job advertisements
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Managing offers, reference checks and onboarding activities
• Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ATS systems
• Supporting recruitment projects and workforce initiatives where required

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Previous recruitment experience within an agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
• Confidence sourcing both active and passive candidates
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
• Experience within contract and temporary recruitment will be highly regarded
