Kōrero mō te tūranga | About the Role
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you'll own the day-to-day tasks that keep onsite supply chain processes humming — inwards goods and receiving, onsite storage, master data management, and inventory replenishment. You'll make sure stock is received accurately and on time, stored safely and correctly, and rotated on a first in, first out basis to minimise obsolescence.
Ngā kawenga | Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of items arriving at the hospital
- Verify and update master data accurately
- Store inventory safely, in the correct location, using a first in, first out methodology
- Complete stock counts as directed and assist investigating any discrepancies
- Notify the Supply Chain Manager of potential stock-out or overstock situations
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and maintain tidy, clean storage areas

- Experience in an inventory-focused role, ideally supply chain, inventory management or warehousing
- Experience using ERP systems to complete inventory management tasks
- Confident with Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to build strong relationships in a fast-paced environment
