This role offers a hybrid working arrangement with 60% onsite attendance and will require candidates to obtain BPSS clearance initially, with SC clearance required to continue employment.

This position operates on a standard 35-hour week across 4.5 days, with working hours falling between 07:00 and 19:00 depending on business requirements.
As a Data Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of technical and maintenance records within a highly regulated environment. You will be responsible for processing documentation, entering and validating maintenance data, supporting audits and ensuring records are stored, managed and archived in line with established procedures.
Working closely with operational and engineering teams, you will manage large volumes of technical paperwork, update maintenance management systems, support compliance activities and help ensure critical aircraft records remain accurate and accessible. This role would suit an experienced administrator or data entry professional with excellent attention to detail and a strong technical mindset.
Skillset/experience required:

- Previous experience within an administration, data entry or records management position
- Strong attention to detail and ability to process high volumes of data accurately
- Experience handling technical documentation and controlled records
- Strong IT skills and confidence using database and management systems
- Experience entering, validating and maintaining data within business systems
- Ability to conduct audits and identify data discrepancies
- Experience scanning, filing and archiving documentation electronically
- Technical or engineering industry experience would be advantageous
- Aviation, aerospace, automotive or maintenance sector experience would be beneficial
- Understanding of maintenance records, work packages or technical documentation would be desirable
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance
