About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Acceptance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and reviewing a high volume of documents and data, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. Your bilingual skills will be essential for effectively communicating with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
- Document Review and Processing: Review broker-submitted documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely processing for funding.
- Account Management: Create and manage accounts, process endorsements, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial documentation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate essential daily and monthly reports, providing insights to support business decisions.
- Additional Support: Assist account managers, maintain internal systems, and complete tasks to support efficient processes.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in the financial or banking industry preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures.
- Strong Skills: Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Language and Location: Bilingual in Spanish and English, and able to work in our Tallahassee, FL office location.
