The Project
- Large-scale mixed-use development valued at ~$180M
- Multi-storey residential with high-end finishes
- Well-established program with strong consultant and subcontractor engagement
- Privately owned builder with a solid project pipeline and long-term vision
You will be responsible for the end-to-end on-site delivery, including:
- Full site management from structure through to completion
- Leadership of site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
- Program management, safety, quality, and productivity
- Driving buildability outcomes and proactive problem-solving
- Maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on projects $100M+
- Strong background in residential / mixed-use construction
- Confident managing large site teams and multiple trades
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Trade or construction-related qualifications preferred
- Highly competitive salary package (commensurate with experience)
