Talent Acquisition Specialist (Temporary) 

Troy, NY | Fully Onsite | Full-Time | $35-$42/hour

Nesco Resource is partnering with a highly respected global biotechnology organization to identify three Contract Talent Acquisition Specialists.

Opportunity Details:

• Full-time contract position
• Two 12-month openings and one 6-month opening
• Fully onsite in Troy, NY
• Pay: $35-$42/hour, based on experience

In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers to lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing-related positions, helping deliver an exceptional candidate experience while supporting critical hiring needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy and hiring needs.
• Source talent using LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting tools.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing-related roles.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate activity within the ATS and recruiting systems.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, operations, or similar environments preferred.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
