Join an independent, physician-focused health system where you'll combine endoscopy, clinic, and hospital coverage into one streamlined two-week block, then enjoy the next two weeks entirely away from work.
Practice Highlights:
• 14-on / 14-off schedule combining clinic, procedures, and inpatient coverage
• Brand-new endoscopy suites with EUS and ERCP capabilities
• Dedicated NP/PA supporting each Gastroenterologist
• Independent Level III Trauma Center with a 100+ provider multispecialty medical group
Compensation & Benefits:
• $705,000+ guaranteed base salary
• Additional wRVU and quality incentives
• Up to $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $200,000+ student loan repayment
• $2,000/month fellowship stipend
• Relocation assistance plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, malpractice, life insurance, CME, and more
