Facilities Maintenance Tech

Seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Worker with strong facilities maintenance experience. This role requires troubleshooting and repair across multiple disciplines, along with flexibility to handle a variety of facility and equipment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs
• Conduct general facility maintenance including sheetrock repair and painting
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment
• Assist with assembly of furniture, shelving, and other facility needs
• Operate forklifts and mobile elevated work platforms (MEWP) as needed

Qualifications:

• Facilities maintenance experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to think independently and solve problems creatively
• Willingness to work outside of primary skill set when needed
• Forklift and MEWP experience preferred

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (flexible)
• Minimal overtime or weekend work
