The Opportunity:

  • Full-time, permanent Field Technician position based in Mulgrave.

  • Installing, commissioning, maintaining and troubleshooting critical radio communication systems across Victoria and interstate.

  • Primarily working with Motorola Solutions platforms, including MOTOTRBO/DMR and P25.

What They're Looking For:

  • 3+ years' experience in two-way radio communications.

  • Strong Motorola radio experience, including programming and configuration.

  • Solid understanding of RF fundamentals, antennas and fault diagnosis.

  • Electronics, Telecommunications or equivalent trade qualification.

  • Basic IP networking knowledge.

  • Ability to work autonomously on client sites and manage technical issues independently.

  • Full driver's licence and willingness to travel and participate in an on-call roster.
