We are currently partnering with a well-established Commercial Builder delivering a strong pipeline of hospitality fit out and refurbishment projects across Western Sydney. With a solid reputation in the market and a high volume of repeat business from longstanding clients, they are now looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support upcoming works.

This is a contract opportunity suited to someone who enjoys fast-paced fit out environments, is confident managing stakeholder relationships, and can drive projects through to completion.

The Role
  • Oversee hospitality fit out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
  • Manage programme, cost, quality and subcontractor coordination
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and consultants
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
  • Work closely with site teams and internal stakeholders throughout delivery
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering hospitality and/or commercial fit out projects
  • Strong construction knowledge with the ability to manage live project environments
  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong relationships
  • Previous experience working for a Commercial Builder
  • Immediate or short-notice availability preferred
