What you'll be doing
- Leading and delivering key IT projects, system upgrades, and technology initiatives across the firm.
- Identifying and driving improvements in systems, workflows, and efficiencies, including practical use of emerging tools like AI.
- Managing and optimising firm-wide IT platforms, including Document Management (iManage Work 10) and Practice Management (LexisNexis Affinity).
- Coordinating with external IT providers to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
- Providing staff training and guidance, supporting adoption of new technologies and best practices.
- Overseeing IT operations, including hardware, software, system issues, and office technology maintenance.
- Experience as an IT Manager in a law firm is essential, with a proven track record of leading and delivering technology projects and system improvements.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and take ownership of initiatives from concept to delivery.
- Confident problem-solver with excellent attention to detail, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Experience managing external service providers and engaging effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Ability to guide and support staff in using systems and technology.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine interest in enhancing technology use across the firm.
