Are you a skilled technician looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IT / Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our critical production technology, ensuring seamless operations, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance & Uptime: Maintain broadcast systems, error-proofing equipment, printers, and production interfaces while managing backup hardware, software, and spare parts to eliminate equipment downtime and scrap.

  • Operational Support: Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for production systems to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability across the plant floor.

  • Project Implementation: Assist with the rollout of strategic IT-related projects, contributing directly to VA/VE and Six Sigma manufacturing initiatives.

  • Documentation & Recovery: Develop and maintain meticulous system documentation, confidential records, and robust disaster recovery procedures.

What You Bring (Experience & Qualifications)

  • Education & Background: A High School Diploma paired with supplementary technical education, alongside 2–4 years of dedicated IT or technical support experience within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft systems, networking, hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, databases, and production-related technologies.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Exceptional analytical and technical troubleshooting capabilities to resolve complex issues swiftly and effectively.

  • Professional Standards: Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality, manage accurate documentation, and adapt to changing operational demands.

Health, Safety, Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Work Environment: Ability to work comfortably in both office and plant environments, which require standing, sitting, regular computer use, and moving throughout the facility to perform general physical tasks.

  • Travel Flexibility: Up to 25% travel may be required under normal conditions, with additional travel expected during product launches or critical support situations.

    Salary- $60,000-$63,000/Year
