Offshore Broker

Our client is a specialized boutique broker house with offices in Europe and Asia, focused on providing high-quality turn-key solutions in the maritime and offshore. They are currently expanding their team and looking for a motivated and experienced Offshore Broker to join their growing operation.

About the Role
As an Offshore Broker, you will play a key role in the Sale & Purchase (S&P) of offshore support vessels, as well as sale of old tonnage. You will handle the full transaction lifecycle — from identifying opportunities to successfully closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the offshore S&P market
• Manage end-to-end vessel transactions, including sourcing, negotiations, and deal closure
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, buyers, and industry partners globally
• Provide market intelligence and expert consultancy to clients
• Collaborate with European and Asian offices to execute seamless cross-border transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a broker in the offshore or maritime S&P sector
• Strong existing network and in-depth knowledge of Tugs, Barges, Anchor Handlers (AHTs), PSVs, Workboats, and other offshore support vessels
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
