About the role
The Finance Officer AP and Administration is responsible for processing payments to vendors, particularly for weekly payments to collection depots in South Australia and freight service providers. The role ensures accurate data entry, contract preparation, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
  • Enter delivery dockets into the database and produce reports
  • Process weekly payments to collection depots and send relevant documentation
  • Prepare new depot contracts and set up accounts in the database
  • Maintain financial records including handling and freight fees
  • Upload invoices into the ERP system for payment
  • Manage office tasks including greeting visitors and answering phone calls.
Skills & experience
  • Proven experience in accounts payable processing, with a focus on vendor payments and invoice management
  • Strong capability in data entry and maintaining financial records in an ERP system
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
