Digital Booking System / Web App Business Analyst - FTC

We are seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join one of our major hospitality clients on an initial 12-month FTC, with the intention for the role to become permanent.

This is a digital-focused BA position working across customer-facing platforms and initiatives. Strong experience across web applications and online booking/reservation journeys is particularly important for this role.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong experience as a Digital Business Analyst, particularly across web applications and booking/reservation platforms
• Experience delivering customer-facing digital products and journeys
• Understanding of integrations, APIs and customer data
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working with Product teams, technology teams and third-party vendors
• Comfortable working across multiple initiatives within Agile or hybrid environments
• Previous experience within Retail, Hospitality, Restaurants, Wellness or Fitness is essential

Location & Contract

This is an initial 12-month FTC, with the client looking for the position to become permanent.

You must be able to travel to Burton upon Trent once per week, so please ensure this is a realistic commute before applying.
