- Support the Director of Nursing with the day-to-day running of the facility.
- Lead, mentor and support nursing and care teams.

- Participate in quality improvement, risk management and service development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with active NMBI registration.
- Previous management or senior nursing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in elderly care, rehabilitation or step-down care settings.
