- Hours/Week: 38 hours, 20 minutes per week (7:30-3:30pm w/ 30 min unpaid lunch & 2 10 minute unpaid breaks)
- Minimum Experience: Significant experience as a Behavior para, Behavior tech, CBT, or RBT – must be comfortable with severe behaviors
- Position Details: Floating position, must be comfortable with behaviors including refusal, spitting, hitting, kicking, punching, etc. Possible 1:1 placement down the line.
- Interview Process: Recruiter Prescreen ? Missy/Clinical Prescreen ? Auto Offer
- Must have some sort of crisis prevention training prior to start, CPI, Safety Care, Right Response etc
