As the beneficiary of a major national event, the organisation is seeking an experienced Campaign Director to maximise fundraising, awareness and stakeholder engagement opportunities over a focused campaign period.

The Role
This is a hands-on contract role responsible for driving the execution of an established campaign strategy. Working closely with the leadership team and key stakeholders, you will coordinate fundraising, partnerships, media, communications and engagement activities to maximise campaign outcomes.
You will work alongside internal teams, volunteers, external suppliers and event stakeholders to ensure all campaign opportunities are delivered to a high standard and within tight timeframes.
- Lead the implementation and delivery of campaign activities
- Coordinate fundraising initiatives and donor engagement opportunities
- Drive media, PR and digital engagement activity
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships and stakeholder relationships
- Support fundraising activations associated with a major event
- Provide on-the-ground campaign support during the event period
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Skills Required
You will bring experience delivering high-profile campaigns, fundraising initiatives or major events, ideally within the not-for-profit, charity, health or purpose-led sectors, and be able to demonstrate:
- Strong campaign delivery and project management experience
- Experience across fundraising, partnerships and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working across media, communications and digital channels
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to execute as well as coordinate others
- Experience working with senior stakeholders, volunteers and external partners
