We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Industrial Recruitment team based in Clayton.

About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of established clients, delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet their operational needs. This is a relationship-focused role that combines recruitment, client management, workforce coordination and business development.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships while sourcing, onboarding and managing a workforce of across multiple client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, interview and onboard candidates through recruitment and induction processes
• Manage employee performance, training and ongoing support
• Attend client meetings and act as a trusted recruitment partner
• Build, maintain and grow a recruitment desk
• Develop strong relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies and legislative requirements
• Champion a strong safety culture through proactive safety initiatives and best practice workforce management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and recruitment outcomes
