- On-the-job training — Delivers training to staff in information management, Public Trustee systems, and Content Manager.
- Records lifecycle management — Controls and maintains systems for file creation, closure, recording, storage, retrieval, and destruction in line with legislative requirements and Public Trustee policies.
- Archival & cataloguing — Manages cataloguing and transportation of records and archival functions; investigates and analyses issues related to records tasks and workflows.
- Retention & disposal — Contributes to the Public Trustee Retention and Disposal Schedule to ensure records are managed appropriately.

- Ability to stabilise processes, clear backlog, and re‑establish structure
- Comfortable working independently and guiding others
