Scrum Master

Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization in the Secure Identity Access Management (SIAM) sector, is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team in Charlotte, NC.

Position Summary: This role is pivotal in supporting the SIAM organization and related application delivery teams. The Scrum Master will oversee delivery across multiple development teams focused on authentication, login security, and customer-facing cybersecurity capabilities. The role involves facilitating Scrum and/or Kanban delivery processes, managing dependencies, supporting quarterly planning activities, and driving continuous improvement efforts. The organization is undergoing significant changes, including team reorganization and new technology leadership, requiring an adaptable and proactive leader.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:

• 3-5+ years of experience in Scrum Master roles.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and VersionOne, and managing cross-team dependencies.
